Doncaster Plastics was founded by Managing Director David Vickers in 1987. The company was named Doncaster Fabrication Service Limited, as David wanted the business to be as much about providing good service as well as quality products.
This remains true today: with a dedicated team, we offer quality of service and quick turnaround times, as well as value for money.
Doncaster Plastics is most widely known for providing plastic products for industrial and commercial settings, but also has a range of other products and services, including for domestic and equine use.
At Doncaster Plastics, we are specialists in plastic fabrication and more. David Vickers remains at the helm to listen to your needs and ideas, he can then innovate a solution, which may include items of hardware but also advice on application of the design.
We offer a wide range of custom plastics solutions tailored to meet specific needs. Our expertise covers engineered plastics, including plastic machined parts and CNC routing for precision and durability. From acrylic and Perspex sheets to a wide range of thermoplastic sheets cut to size. We cater to various applications with premium materials like nylon, PTFE, PVC, HDPE and polypropylene.
We manufacture plastic tanks, ideal for various uses, including boat tanks and tanks for heavy industrial use, down to hay soakers for horses. We also offer pool grating, as well as bio filters and pond filters for water management. Additional offerings include splash backs designed for durability and function. Our security screens and blast screens provide reliable protection, while our CNC machining capabilities ensure high precision for all your custom plastic needs.

Equestrian
Our latest innovative products have derived from David Vickers’ interest in horses. He was new to the equine world but could see many needs that were not currently being met by the established products. Our new innovative products include: our Breezy Grazer grazing muzzle; our Slow Grazer field Hay feeder; A Slim Slow grazer; a corner Slow grazer for the stable; our Hazy Soaker hay soaking tank; mounting blocks of all shapes and sizes; tap covers and post sits.
